Privacy policy

Effective September 13, 2026. Keepsake Grove ("we") operates keepsakegrove.com.

What we collect

• Order information: name, email, shipping address, phone, and the personalization text and files you enter (names, dates, places, uploaded images).
• Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• Site usage: privacy-preserving analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) and, if enabled, Google Analytics. Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage.

How we use it

• To make and ship your order: we share your name, address and print files with our production partners (e.g. Printify and its print providers) solely to fulfil the order.
• To email you the proof, receipt and tracking (via Resend).
• To answer your questions.

We do not sell personal data and we don't send marketing email unless you opt in.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required for tax and warranty purposes. Print files are deleted within 90 days after delivery; you can ask for earlier deletion.

Your rights

Email [email protected] to access, correct or delete your data. California residents may exercise CCPA rights the same way; we do not sell or share data for cross-context advertising.

Cookies

We use no advertising cookies. Stripe sets cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13.
